We do not reserve by site number! A reservation does not guarantee a specific site number.

Reservation & Deposit will be forfeited if no show or call by arrival date. Must have 3-day notice for deposit refund.

    Extra Guests and Visitors
    • 13 years and up -$5.00 per day = 150.00 per month
    • 4 years to 12 years - $3.00 per day = $90.00 per month
    • Children 3 years and under FREE

    Season
    • $600 plus tax, 2 people, water, electric, sewer and cable
        During the Season stay 4 months or longer and receive a discount.
        • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, month is $600 plus tax.
        • 4th month ONLY $200 plus tax.
        • Average of all 4 months equals $500 per month
    • $400 plus tax, 2 people, water and electric.

    Extra Guests and Visitors
    • 13 years and up - $5.00 per day = $150.00 per month
    • 4 years to 12 years - $3.00 per day = $90.00 per month
    • Children 3 years and under FREE

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION **
Storage: After a 1 month stay $35.00 plus tax per month. There will be a $25.00 fee for Staff to move units to or from storage.
We do not move 5th wheels or motor homes.
Check OUT at 12 noon. Check IN at 2:00 P.M.
NO electric heaters, motorcycles, or mini bikes, or open fires permitted.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
